Tushita has 14 years of experience in Corporate Litigation and General Advisory. She is also an Advocate on Record, Supreme Court of India.

Her forte lies in the field of Corporate Commercial Litigation, General Corporate Advisory, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Laws, Inheritance and Succession Laws. She has vast expertise in dealing with issues relating to shareholders’ rights and duties, redressal to minority shareholders for Oppression and Mismanagement in Companies, Management Control, Corporate Governance and Transfer/Transmission of shares and Rectification of Register of Members thereof and compounding of offences under the Companies Act, 2013.
